How do I contact Sun People Beauty?

How long before my order ships? 

Orders typically ship in 2-5 business days. If there are delays, customers will be notified via email. Due to Covid-19 related delays, we ask for your patience in the event that there are shipping delays. 

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship primarily via USPS and UPS. Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days. Covid-19 shipping delays and supply chain issues may increase shipping times and customers will be notified by email in these instances. 

Do you ship internationally?

 We currently ship within the continental United States and Canada. We will open up shipping internationally soon, so check back! 

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to Covid-19 concerns, we do not accept exchanges or returns at this time. Damaged/lost products due to shipping incidents will be replaced free of charge. Send email to info@sunpeoplebeauty.com

Do your products contain preservatives?

Yes! Your skin's health is very important to us. We use both natural and synthetic preservatives in our products to protect against rancidity and bacterial growth.
